How many people can you host at once? We can host up to 14 guests at one time at our Mokena location, split between two themed escape rooms. Both experiences tie into a similar storyline, so your group will still feel connected even when divided. If you’re planning to visit our Tinley Park location, we can accommodate up to 21 guests at once across multiple games. One important difference to note: Mokena (8519 W. 191st St.) ✔ On-site lobby space available for gathering before or after your game ✔ Access to board games and a more private party-style experience Tinley Park (17208 Oak Park Ave.) ✔ Larger group capacity ✔ Located in the heart of downtown—perfect for bar hopping, dining, and continuing the celebration nearby ✖ No private on-site party space If you’re looking for a more all-in-one experience with a dedicated hangout space, Mokena is the best fit. If your group prefers a lively night out with nearby bars and restaurants, Tinley Park is a great option.

How do we go about booking our event? How do we go about booking our event? Booking is easy and can be done a few different ways depending on your group size and what you’re planning: Call us anytime at (708) 860-6930 Email us at info@crackthecodeinc.com If your group is 7 players or fewer, you can simply book your escape room directly online. If you’re looking to create a full event experience—including adding our private lobby space—you’ll want to reach out by phone or email so we can help coordinate all the details. Even if you’re only booking the escape room, we recommend letting us know in advance if you’re celebrating a bachelor or bachelorette party. We’ll happily add decorations free of charge to make your experience extra special.

Can everyone pay individually? We completely understand that group events can make payments a little tricky! While we do our best to be flexible, we highly recommend collecting payment from your group and submitting it as one total payment. We’re happy to work with you on timing—payments do not need to be made far in advance, and you’re welcome to wait until closer to your event. We also only charge based on who actually attends, so if someone can’t make it, you won’t be charged for their spot. To help keep things running smoothly, we do ask that payments be made as a single group payment whenever possible. Since our team is small and our Game Masters handle multiple responsibilities, managing many individual payments can be difficult on our end. We’re more than happy to send a simple invoice directly to your email, which can be paid close to your event date once you’ve collected from your group. If you have any questions or need help coordinating, feel free to reach out—we’re here to make the process as easy as possible!

What are the prices? Our standard rate is $25 per person for groups of 6–14 players. A minimum of 6 guests is required to receive this discounted group rate. For smaller groups, pricing is typically around $28 per person, but we do offer ways to save: Use promo code BACHPARTYCTC (found on our FAQ page) to receive the discounted $25 per person rate To apply this rate, all 6 players must be booked together in one reservation If your group plans to book individually, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help coordinate your booking and ensure you still receive the best possible rate.

What is the payment process? The payment process depends on how your group chooses to book: For standard bookings (typically smaller groups): You can book directly on our website using the “Book Now” option. Payment is made online at the time of booking, and you’ll receive an instant confirmation. If your group plans to pay individually: Please give us a call, and we’ll walk you through the best way to coordinate payments. For full events (escape room + lobby rental): We will send you an invoice that includes: A deposit based on your estimated group size The lobby rental fee This deposit is typically due 7 days before your event. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your event, based on your final headcount. If some guests are unable to attend, you will not be charged for those spots. We do recommend collecting payment from your group and submitting one payment whenever possible, as this helps streamline the process. That said, we understand coordinating a group can take time, and we’re happy to be flexible if you need a little extra time to gather payments.

Can we just book the Escape Room Part? Absolutely! You’re always welcome to book just the Escape Room experience as a standard one-hour game. You can: Book directly online using the “Book Now” tab Or give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist If you’d prefer to head out right after your game, that’s perfectly fine. We’re also happy to add decorations for photos at no extra charge—just let us know in advance! If you’d like a little extra time to celebrate, you can also choose to rent our lobby for a short 30-minute add-on. This gives you space to relax, take photos, and enjoy a quick toast (sparkling juice or similar) after your game. We’re here to make it as simple or as special as you’d like!
